What is Qigong and TaiChi?
These are derived from ancient Chinese practices, which have led to drastic improvements in an individuals overall health, fitness and well-being.

What is Qigong?

The art and science of incorporating breathing techniques, gentle movements and meditation to cleanse, strengthen and circulate the life force energy.

TaiChi

A type of martial art performed in a slow, soft and graceful manner with smooth and even transitions between them.

COMBINATION OF HATHA YOGA & POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is a relatively more vigorous class with an intense flow of Yoga. This can be best described as “gym Yoga,” which demands students to work up a sweat. Whilst, Hatha Yoga is a relatively light and slow class, mostly for beginners or for students who prefer a gentle and relaxing session.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A passive form of Yoga, which involves postures and movements being held in a more slower rate. Highly recommended for pregnant women.
